How do I cook chicken without grilling it?
The recipe directions say to grill the chicken on each side for three minutes, but I don't have a grill...can i bake it, and for how long? If not, what are my options? Thanks...

- I would saute it in a pan on your stove. Use the same instructions as for the grill
- Of course you can, but i'm not sure what kind of chicken we're talking about here. There is a big difference in cook time for say a whole chicken as opposed to boneless skinless pieces. Tr
- Saute it on the stove in some butter. I would do it on medium-high heat until each side is browned :) Hope this helps!
- I am baking chicken breast right now in the oven. I spray mine with butter flavor cooking spray and then coat them in seasoned flour and re-spray. Place them on a baking rack so it cooks on both sides and bake @ 350-375 for about 20-25 minutes.
- Depends how much, but if it's a fillet, wrap it in tin foil and boil in a pot and then simmer for 30 minutes alternatively u can steam it, if you bake a fillet on it's own it will dry up very quickly and lose it's favour
- try marinating your thawed chicken breasts in 3/4 cup of caesar dressing and the juice of one lemon over night or at least three hours. Place chicken on a greased baking sheet and garnish the tops with fresh parmesan cheese and bake at 375 F until the meat is no longer pink. Enjoy!
- u can bake it or fry it.. maybe boil it?
