does popeyes chicken alwas mess up your order?

every time i order food from them they always mix somthing up like if i order a six piece spicey chicken strip meal with mashed patatoes and bbq sauce and a large mountain dew. when they read back the order i have to correct them and repeat myself because it sounds like they're having a freakin party inside. when i finaly get my order something is always wrong one time they gave me a three piece mild with sweet n sour sauce and a diet pepsi and i look at the recipte and my whole order reads right when i go in to get my right order they give me an attitude and act like it's my fault. one day they got me so pissed i threw my drink at them and walked out. do you have a hard time at popeyes chicken too? tell me about it

1. Yes, I always ask for spicy chicken strips and get mild. I take them back and get attitude.

4. Before you complain you should remember that Popeyes hires the most qualified people they can and pays them the least amount they can get away with. Imagine if you had to work at Popeyes for minimum wage? What would your motivation be? Why should you care about making the customer happy when the company is not paying you very much? As it is, the work ethic in America is low even for people who are paid a good wage, for those paid a low wage, the motivation is rock bottom. Be thankful you food is cooked and that they didn't poison you. With their product, however, all that fried food will kill you in the end. TX Guy
5. Popeyes is the worst food in any town, Popeyes cant do anything right let alone chicken. Thats why i stopped eating there. Thier employees are just summer hires or losers who cant find a job anywhere else.
6. Yes, and so does every other fast food place. They are run by pimply-faced teenage managers, who couldn't get college degrees to work down-town. They hire even younger kids who don't want to work; they just want money handed to them. I used to go to McDonald's here in the Dells, until one night when I made my order at the window, and I repeated it three times, and they still got it wrong. I drove back around to the speaker, and told them it was wrong...I heard giggling in the speaker...and when I drove to the window, I heard someone in the back room, say "B*TCH". I insisted on my money back, and called the district manager...to this day, I have never gotten the coupons she promised in the mail! Fast food sucks! I'd rather pay less for food I home cook! At least it tastes good, and hot...and no one spit in it!
7. Never! I have never had my order wrong at Popeye's, but you should have thrown your whole meal at them! Those are some rude people, come to Massachusetts and they'll treat you right!

9. they're turn over rate is unbelievable, so it was probably a newbie who assembled your order. To answer your question, out of the five times I have been there, my order was never right.
