  1. just marinate with in a little water w/garlic, onion, pepper, soy sauce and grill either grill charcoal or george will taste good
  2. I would use charcoal. Soak some wooden skewers in a glass of water. Cut your chicken into cube pieces and put them in a zip lock bag with the following: Teriyaki sauce (1/4 cup soy, 1 cup water and sweet sake or granulated sugar to taste Cook until hot. add about 2 -3 tsp or corn starch or flour to a 1/4 cup cold water and mix until no lumps. Slowly add to sauce until thicken. garlic to taste and refrigerate. Meanwhile cut an onion into cubes about the same size as the chicken. You can also use green squash, yellow squash, mushrooms, etc Get your wooden skewers and put a piece of chicken, then onion, etc. Just layer it whatever way you like. Make sure you spray your grill with oil before you light it so that your chicken won't stick.
  3. On the GF it will be moist, not dried out. I love my GF Grill.
