Can I use the marinade sauce to bake chicken wings in?
I marinaded some chicken wings in a store-bought bottled marinade. It's been awhile since I used marinade and I cannot for the life of me remember if I poured some of the marinade over the wings before baking or not. If not, do I simply place the wings in the dish without any sauce? (brain spaz going on here). Also...do I cover the dish while baking? Thank you for any help.

- bAKE THE WINGS UNCOVERED SO THEY GET A CRISPY CRUST ON THE. While cooking you can baste them a couple times with the marinade but don't use the marinade as a dipping sauce because it has raw chicken juice in it.
- If you like them crisp than do not add any more sauce or if you do not want them crisp cover them with extra sauce and bake.
- IF you marinated them then you really don't need the sauce. I wouldn't use the same sauce that you marinated them in though if you plan on using it as a dip. Also don't cover them.
