Why is my baby chicks insides are outside of his or her body?

When some of the baby chicks Insides are outsides it just nasty , Cause later if you pick them straight up the stomach will come out more and there still alive but after 2 or 3 hours later they'll DIE!!!!! If any one raise chickens and had the same experience PLEASE help ?!?!?!?! They guts are outside of the baby chiks stomach!!!!!!!!!

2. I did some searching and here is what I found. edit: Could they have been squished accidentally? Do you have a dog that could've gotten to them?
3. It def sounds like a birth defect. Make sure that the place you got the momma chickens, and rooster didn't give you chickens/rooster that were related. Inbreeding is a bad thing, and causes illnesses and death.
