Day Old baby chicks leave them with mom?

Hi..., I am dying to know this I just had babychicks. We have a farm. Today we saw that one of the baby chicks is born. Do I leave them with the "mom" or do I take it out and raise it like I noramlly would. I have purchased baby chicks MANY times but this year decided to raise them. What do I do?

1. Well, the probably is that if you hand raise a bird if you ever want to give him back to the mom, the mom might neglect him. You would also have to know how to feed them, witch I have no idea how to do.:) But if you leave him with the mom then tame him as he GTE's older that would probably be your best bet. Don't hand raise him. I really wish you the best of luck! P.S. If you know how to care for them and they have all turned out well then I would hand raise him.
2. Leave with mom. If it doesn't seem to be being fed, take matters n your own hands. Good Luck :)
3. If a hen hatched them leave them alone.She knows what to do with them and for 3 days the chicks can do without food.
