Is it illegal to watch two roosters fight?

If two roosters are fighting in my back yard and people come to watch, is that considered "cock fighting"? Could I get into deep trouble, or is it ok as long as there's no bets involved?

5. if roosters naturally fight each other its not illegal, its when they are put on spot to fight and to be observed as fighting roosters. When you make a rooster fight another one will having an audience it is considered illegal, it is also animal cruelty.
