What are some good recipes for an aniversary dinner? Preferably chicken recipes and veggie recipes?

My parents anniversary is today, and I'm making them dinner. I want to make some kind of chicken and some vegetables, and they each get a plate of that, but they get one plate of spaghetti to share :) Im also making chocolate dipped strawberries. Any good recipes for chicken or vegetables that either taste good and are easy, or that are somewhat romantic? Thanx! :)
