Chook Me!

Looking for a recipe my husband's grandmother makes, does anyone have this one?

It is a casserole that has broccoli, stuffing, and cheese in it. Sometimes she puts chicken, but not always. There may be other ingredients but I'm not sure what...I'd like a recipe for this, and I won't be adding the chicken. I'm thinking I could put cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup in it, but I'm just not sure how to go about it. LOL Sorry! Now find me the recipe please ;) Um Clarissa, it'd help if you posted it. Yes please J.

  3. I made this up once on a whim and ate three bowls of it, it's that good. So sorry for no exact amounts, but you can't screw it up. Just omit the ham. 1 pkg. Knorr/Lipton broccoli cheese rice 1/2 pkg. frozen broccoli thawed and squeezed 1 can cream of chicken soup 2 big handfuls Tillamook extra sharp cheddar 2 big handfuls diced ham Splashes of milk and half and half 1/2 pkg. dry Stove Top tossed with 4 Tbsp melted butter Garlic powder Make the rice dish. When it's done stir in the soup, broccoli, ham, cheddar, some milk and half and half and some garlic powder. Put it all in a greased souffle dish, top with the stuffing, and bake at 350F for about 45 minutes.
  4. I have a recipe for something like this in my Campbell's Soup cookbook. I don't know if off the top of my head but I can get it for you later tonight if you want it. I always wanted to make it but didn't get to yet. Looks yummy but it does have either turkey or chicken in it (but I assume you don't HAVE to have it in it)
