  1. I'm afraid I don't have time to sift through all these right now, but here's a link with several recipes: http://www.cooks.com/rec/search/0,1-0,chicken_broccoli_cheese_casserole,FF.html
  2. okay, with those ingredients I'd mix up in a bowl all the cheddar cheese, the can of soup, about 1/2 cup of milk, 1 egg,(use more milk if it's stiff) I don't think you need salt and pepper with the soup, but that's really up to you, butter's probably not necessary. Stir in the broccoli florets and the chicken (cooked already and cut in chunks) and then spread it all in a long casserole dish and cook for 30-45 minutes at 350 degrees or until not soupy and hot in the middle. I don't think you need bread in it either, but bread and butter would taste yummy as a side dish :).
  3. I would cut the chicken in to bite sized pieces, and brown them, Add the msuhroom soup, 1/2 a can of milk and broccoli then pour into a casserole dish. Top with the cheese and bake, covered until bubbly, then remove cover and bake until the cheese is golden brown. You could toast the bread then crumble it and mx with a little melted butter and sprinkle on top of the cheese and make sure the top is golden brown and crisp.
  4. Lightly brown the chicken breasts in butter, transfer to your baking dish, top with the broccoli florets. Mushroom soup sauce: Add 1/3 cup of milk to the soup and stir to blend, add 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese and pour over the chicken and broccoli. If you don't have bread crumbs, then toast 1 slice of bread and crumble up as fine as you can and mix them with 1 tablespoon of melted butter and 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese. Top the dish with this mixture and bake for 25-30 minutes at 400 degrees. Enjoy!
  5. 4 chicken breast halves 1 pound broccoli florets, cooked 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup 1 tablespoon mayonnaise 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese 1 cup dry stuffing mix Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Boil chicken until tender and shred or cut into bite size pieces. Meanwhile, steam broccoli until crisp but tender. In a small bowl mix together the soup and mayonnaise. Set aside. In a 9x13 inch baking dish layer the chicken, broccoli, soup mixture, and cheese. Sprinkle dry stuffing mix over the top and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes --- CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 5 to 6 chicken breasts 1 to 2 pkgs. frozen broccoli 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/4 c. mayonnaise 1/3 c. butter 6 oz. grated cheese (any type) Bread crumbs to cover top of casserole Cook chicken until tender. Cool - take meat from bone and cube. Cook broccoli until done - heat together soups - lemon juice, mayonnaise and butter. Layer the chicken, broccoli and soup mixture in buttered casserole dish. Top with grated cheese and bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes -- CHICKEN, BROCCOLI AND CHEESE CASSEROLE 2 lg. chicken breasts, cooked and cut up 10 oz. chopped broccoli, thawed 1 can cream of chicken soup 1/2 can milk 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1/8 tsp. curry powder 8 oz. sharp cheese, grated Put broccoli on bottom of casserole dish; put cut up chicken over broccoli. Put next 4 ingredients plus 5 ounces of cheese in bowl; heat in microwave. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle remaining cheese over casserole. Heat until hot and bubbly, around 1/2 hour. Place under broiler until golden on top. Cook in 350 degree oven.
  6. cook your chicken until it is no longer pink. Mix and heat your can of cream of mushroom soup with one can of milk, salt and pepper to your own taste. Toast one slice of bread for each chicken breast, and crush it to crumbs. Toss the bread crumbs with a pat of butter for each piece. Cook your broccoli and top the chicken breast with it. Top each chicken breast with shredded cheese, the soup mixture, and then the bread crumbs. Add cheese on top for a nice look. Bake it for 20 minutes on 325. This is a nice alternative to a casserole, and it looks like a meal you put effort into. My dad never would eat "casseroles" He said it was like cleaning out your leftovers from the fridge and mixing it all up. Enjoy your meal!
