Is it legal to have roosters in canberra?

I live in residential canberra and I am getting 4 chooks. i would like to know if it is legal to have a rooster. thank you.

1. prob not but look it up on the computer and don't worry didn't have a pig in a bin cage had a hamster she's in a crittertrail and a bin the cage is in a bin to provided more space so the door stays open on the crittertrail dazzle.
