1. I like your thinking lol. California has most latina chicks in the entire country, so I would say any spot in Cali that has is not a bad school, but not the absolute smartest either. I would think University of California schools would have some hot latina babes. Santa Barbara, San Diego and all of those probably have so nice ones. All the UC schools have variety.
2. All Latina chicks are hot. It doesn't matter which college their in. They don't even have to be in college and they're still hot. You just gotta chase 'em until one of 'em fall in love with ya. Good luck
