Drop 20 pounds before COLLEGE?
I really want to be a hot college chick. I just need to lose this extra weight I've been carrying for years. Any tips? Any inspirations?

- Green Tea (or White Tea), Acai Berry. Also not drinking milk but something eles (rice milk, etc) would help out a lot.
- Small portions is key! I lost 30 pounds doing that. =] Eat healthy and watch your calories.
- eat only half of what normally eat. exercise...try dancing hip hop it burns a lot of calories. walk, run, and lift some small weights. try to eat non fat dairy or at least low fat
- Just watch your proportions. The only way to truly loose weight is to burn more than you take in, so just do that. That doesn't mean that you have to be hungry all the time, it just means that you need to eat just enough so that you aren't. Eating small meals at shorter intervals will help increase your metabolism too. Good luck!
