can you hatch a chicken egg without using an incubator?

i have two chicken eggs under a heating pad at about 95 degrees and was wondering if they can still hatch?

1. theoretically, yes. The best strategy is to put it under a hen.
2. If the eggs have been fertilized I suppose they may hatch. Incubators have a certain level of humidity as well as a constant temperature. Give it a try and see what happens in 21 days.
