This biker chick is coming to San Diego. Where is a good place to ride with the sisters?

Looking to do a little touring on the Harley, but I want to keep it in San Diego or lower Orange County. Would also like to bike with my sisters. Where can I get in touch with someone to plan my trip?

1. PCH in that area is great. A trip around Ramona is great on a bike. A ride through out Rancho Santa Fe is nice and it scares all the rich folk.
2. The Palomar Mountain Loop is popular with bikers.
