1. some chicken wings are 100 calories, some are less and some could possibly be more. At Buffalo Wild Wings one of there wings is around 80 calories. You have think that the chicken has skin on it or is fried or both, then there is usually sauce put on it, then once you add ranch or blue cheese (if you choose) you are over 100 calories. the dressings put on wings are not included in the calories.
