I would like to grill chicken tonight and I am hoping to find a good, quick marinade?

- My kids love it when I seal the chicken in tin foil after seasoning with salt and pepper. Grill for 15 min. Unseal and remove liquid (poke holes in foil) and top with BBQ sauce and grill 5-10 min longer with lid down.
- This marinade is very tasty and simple: Chicken Kabobs with Lemon Marinade: http://www.recipe4living.com/recipes/chicken_kabobs_with_lemon_marinade.htm
- Bourbon Marinade? Combine light brown sugar (or dark) soy sauce and garlic paste or powder. A dash of Bourbon if you have it but just as good without. Marinate for about a couple of hours or overnight. That's what I do anyways and it always turns out great, better on Salmon. But then there are recipes you can follow: Bourbon Chicken Marinade 4 oz Soy sauce 1/2 cup Brown sugar 1/2 tsp. Garlic powder 1 tsp. Powdered ginger 2 tbs. Dried minced onion 1/2 cup Jim Beam Bourbon Whiskey 2 tbs. White wine Mix all the marinade ingredients and pour over chicken pieces in a zip lock bag, removing as much air as possible before "zipping"! Let stand (turning often) for several hours (best overnight). Bake, broil, or grill chicken. Enough marinade for 2 chicken breast halves.
- just season the chicken as usual and then add a bottle of italian dressing. we did the last nite and it was delectable!
