What is the best way to cook a casserole that has been frozen?

I froze a chicken spaghetti casserole and am wondering what the best way is to cook it? Time, temp, etc...?

1. I would cook it for about 20-30 minutes on 200c But i would keep checking it with a knife to see if it is still frozen every ten minutes :)
2. you might want to thaw it in the microwave for 10-15 minutes, then bake it in the oven for half an hour or so at 400 degrees. check it to make sure the center is hot enough. if you don't want to eat it right away, you can thaw it overnight in the refrigerator.
