I need some chicken crockpot recipes. Also, would like to have some hamburger recipes. Thanks.

  1. Whole or quartered chicken. Juice 2 lemons Sprig rosemary and 2 garlic cloves. 2/3 oz. water and oil. Rub lemon juice/oil into chicken, put lemon carcases and rosemary and garlic inside body cavity. Sprinkle on pepper and salt to taste. Put breast down in crockpot with water. Oven (1.5 kg 3lb) chicken for about an hour, checking after half hour and add more water if needed. If whole, cut between leg and body and check for pinkness.Put back for 10 more mins. and check again. About 200C oven temp.
  2. This one is really simple and tasty! About 4 boneless skinless full breasts, or 8 halves. one stick, (1/2 cup) butter one package zesty italian salad dressing mix, dry. Salt and pepper. Cook on low for 4 hours. One hour before serving, chop up chicken into bite sized peices, and return to butter and spices in crockpot. Add 8 0z cream cheese, one can, (reg. sized, not family sized) cream of mushroom soup, 1/4 to 1/2 cup white wine. (chardonnay is good) Cook last hour on high. Serve over rice.

You can serve chicken whole with this as a sauce or shred it and return it to the CP.
