Ingredients: * One Whole Chicken * A half of bag of flour * 4 eggs * One can of chicken broth (optional will give more flavor) * * You will also need: * Pam Rolling pin. Method First boil the chicken in a large pan until thoroughly cooked (best to do it when you get up that way you have plenty of time). In the mean time, mix eggs together and then mix in flour. Keep adding flour until mix is thick. Then coat the outside with flour to make picking it up less messy. At this point spay your counter or a large cutting board with Pam and spread flour over pan (this makes for an easier clean up and you mix spreads better). Place mix on top of the flour. Then spray and flour your rolling pin. Roll the mix out so it is flat. Use flour if needed. After mix is flat, spread flour all over top and start cutting the rolled mix across. Then peel the pieces apart and lay the noodles out and let them dry. After chicken is completely cooked, place in a different bowl and remove meat from bone. Place both chicken and noodles into slow cooker. If desired, add canned broth in slow cooker also and let cook until the noodles are nice and tender. You can put your slow cooker on high or low depending on whatever time you think you shall need the soup. Notes: This dish goes great on top of mashed potatoes. -----------------------Easy, Meaty Chili Lean ground beef plus canned chili beans, tomato paste, and tomatoes with green chilies combine to make this easy chili that can be done in a crock pot. Ingredients: * 1 lb. ground sirloin or lean ground beef * 1 regular can Bush's brand mild chili beans * 1 regular can Bush's brand hot chili beans * 1 can Rotel brand diced tomatoes with green chilies * 1 small can (6 oz.) tomato paste * 1/4 cup catsup * 2 cups water * 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper * 1/4 tsp. paprika * 3 chopped cloves garlic * 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided in two portions Method Cook meat in skillet just so it is no longer pink. Drain. Add meat and all other ingredients, except the 1/2 cup of cheese, to either a crock pot or a kettle. In crock pot, this can cook all day on low or 2 hours on high. In kettle, cook about 1 hour on low heat, stirring occasionally. Use remaining cheese to sprinkle on top of individual chili bowls. Notes: Substitute one pound ground turkey, pork, sausage, or diced raw chicken breast for a change in taste. Source(s): http://crockpot.betterrecipes.com/...
  8. Here are some recipes in these articles that I have personally made: http://www.associatedcontent.com/article/284510/how_to_make_meals_in_a_rival_25_quart.html You can also substitute pork chops for the chicken in the recipe on the 2nd page.
  9. After you read a few recipes you get the idea. Put the meat in first. Then the potatoes and veggies. If you use beef, then use beef broth, use one can of broth and one/half can to one can of water. pour in last. If you use chicken use chicken broth. Put any veggies and potatoes you like. Sometimes i use can Veggies. When you get home add another onion, if you use onion, the first one will cook down. I put in anything and everything that fits. I had to go buy a bigger crock-pot. Use spices you like to taste. I don't measure. Thyme is good for beef, brings out flavor. I use Mrs. Dash too.
  10. take any kind of meat or poultry you like and season it with seasoned salt, garlic powder, a dash of dried thyme, and black pepper. then, you open up a can of cream of mushroom soup, and a little bit of water and dump it in there, too. you can also throw in some veggies, like baby carrots, diced potatoes, and onions. you set your crock pot on low and let it cook for 4-6 hours with the lid on. (if you do poultry, it will only take a couple of hours to cook.) tender, and delicious without too much of the fuss.
