- Chop chicken, carrots, mushrooms, about a pint of chicken stock put the whole lot in the slow cooker and turn on! Thats basically what we do (my daughter doesnt like onions either but I still put them in she just puts them on the side of the plate!), you could add some potatos too.
- Cut two chicken breast into about 1 inch pieces place in a bowl add salt and pepper, Cut up some potatoes into slices, two large tomatoes, to remove the skins soak in boiling water for five mins, then you can peel the skins clean off the tomatoes. Looks better than skins in the food. Slice up some carrorts. Then you can add any type of tinned beans that you like, first rinse the beans under cold water to remove the water they or in, but baked beans are o.k. to just put into the dish. Then put a layer of potatoes, then chicken then carrot,s then chicken then potatoes then your beans . Cook as slow as you like untill cooked. PS It always taste better the next day. PPS You can use chicken oxo,s 2 for the stock.
