  3. I always dip mine in egg (beaten of course) and coat in bread crumbs. I buy the Italian flavored crumbs or you can buy Shake and Bake. If you do your own crumbs just use a gallon storage bag to shake the chicken in. Preheat the oven to 350 and bake for about an hour and 15 minutes. You'll know when they are done when you can stick a fork in them and turn it easy and you don't see any pink juices. Fast, easy, and always good. :D

  8. Well whats really good is ranch chicken. ingrdents-- -ranch dressing -saltien cracers(not rits) -chiken poor your cracers in a plactic bag, crunch them up. take your defrosted chiken and dip it all all the way in the ranch, then throw them into the bag and shake untill covered in crumbs bake (you can also dip the finnished chiken into ranch as a dip hope i helped:))
  9. Clean and prepare your chicken. Bake chicken 350 oven until brown. Drain the liquid off, and remove from pan. Add medium chopped onion, 2 to 3 cloves of garlic chopped, 4 scallions chopped, one can of coconut milk, one to two cans of water (depending on the amt. of chicken) curry powder,(about 2 tsps) few sprigs of thyme, 4 to 6 whole pimiento, salt, pepper, small piece of scotch bonnet pepper, jalapeno or habenero. If you can't find whole pimiento use all spice, about half a tsp. All spice is ground pimiento. Stir well, and place the chicken back in the pan. Put back in the oven until the chicken is heated through and mixture is bubbling. Serve over white rice. ***If using scotch bonnet pepper you only need a very small piece. It is an extremely hot pepper, imo, one of the hottest.
