  1. you can still get chicken pox after havine the vaccine. they are contagious when you have fever. they start on the sensitive skin areas(behind the ears, on the stomach) they kinda look like tiny ant bites. they last about 2 weeks. very possible you could have them. good luck with that and remember dont scratch.
  2. Because you were vaccinated, your body has already developed immunity to this disease. Theoretically you should not get the chicken pox, however recent studies have shown that the vaccine may “wear-out” which means that you will become sick. Researchers have suggested that a second vaccine be given to children between the ages of 4 and 6. But it is also believed that if you have been vaccinated and still get sick that the length and severity of the disease will be significantly shorter/milder.
  3. I think your vaccination will hold up through these exposures. But if it doesn't, you won't have to worry about vaccinations anymore. You will be immune to chickenpox for life. Once you have chickenpox , you won't get it again! For all you people who think you can catch chicken pox twice.....that would be a very rare event. Not many documented cases, if any. Help, the "you CAN get c.p. twice" people have struck me with a thumbs down! ouch!
