Is it ok to use a facial cleanser with chicken pox?

I have chicken pox, but I also have acne and I was wondering if it was okay to wash my face with my regular face wash (proactiv) while I have the chicken pox. I don't want to be broken out AND have the chicken pox. Will it irritate it?

1. It probably wouldn't hurt to use the cleanser or toner, but I would stay away from the moisturizer.
2. Do NOT do that. Yes it WILL get irritated, and probably worse. And you may get stuck with pox marks.
3. Don't use it because pox grow if you itch it. Just leave it alone, don't scratch, touch, or irritate it in any way.
