How many Calories in Buffalo Wild Wing's Chicken Tenders?

I have looked everywhere online but all I have found is the information for the sauces?!?! Doesn't make much sense... Anyway, today I went and had the 4 piece, breaded chicken tenders. No sauce. I wanna know how many calories above.

1. Going by six other vendors' chicken tenders (without sauce), it looks like an average of 80 Calories per ounce, with about a 50/50 ratio of fat to carbs. Each piece can vary from a half ounce to 3/4 ounce, making your total, for four pieces, about 160 to 240 Calories, depending on tender size. 200 calories should get you in the ballpark. Estimate higher if you're trying to lose weight... lower if you're trying to gain. It would appear that B2W's website is still a work in progress. Email them for nutrition info if you want to nail it down more closely. My estimates should get you close enough for most intents and purposes, however.
