Am I Eating too much in a Day?
I'm not sure if I'm overeating. I made a complete list of things I ate today: 1. A can of Beans: 680 calories 2. A chicken wing 3. A little bit of ketchup chips 4. 1 peice of pizza 5. 5 large glasses of water. I am 5'4 and I weigh 124-127 pounds. I run track and field every year and I have a size 39 A bust. Am I overeating, because I believe I am? *I dont noramlly eat all that junk food, except today I was at a friends house. I had the beans at home though. My mom is heatlh freak! lol

- Doesn't seem like allot to me if you ate that throughout the day. Your a healthy weight too so I think your doing great.
- yea thats fine at least if u get all daily vitamins and burn off exess weight at track and if u look in good shape
- You are fine at that point. You are at a healthy weight for your size. So don't worry about eating that much. Just try to drink more water through out the day.
- NOT AT ALL!
- No - you did not over eat, in fact your caloric intake was low. The worst part of this is that your nutrients are completely skewed. -- The only real proteins that you have are incomplete proteins (beans). -- The chicken wing has some protein but is also higher in fat. -- The pizza is high in simple carbs and fat -- ketchup chips ?? -- Not enough water As an athlete, you need a high caloric intake to stay in top shape and to get the most out of your training. This doesn't mean just any calories, but quality calories. -- Complete proteins -- Complex and natural carbs (simple carbs have there place) -- Essential fatty acids (omega-3, 6, and 9) Good luck!!
- random question - are you from canada? haha just wondering because i've only heard of canadians eating ketchup chips....but anyway... no you didn't really eat too much you just didn't eat the right things. all i see in here is carbs, some protein, and fat. you really need to add more protein and veggies and fruit!
