Lost 60 pounds and I just pigged out major.?

Alright, i'm 16 and normally I consume around 1200 calories today. WELL today, for some odd reason I wasn't getting full stuffing my face with celery....so in the middle of working on an essay I: ate two handfuls of greasy, salty fries and two oily, greasy bbq sauced chicken wings (this is on top of a 1200 calorie day so far) WHAT DO I DO? I've lost 60 pounds and I feel so ashamed of myself. All in all I probably consumed 2000 calories, and I feel like killing msyelf. Any help?

  2. Change nothing. Continue with your diet as if nothing has happened. Your diet obviously worked for you if you lost 60 pounds, so if you keep on it you'll lose what you gained today.
  3. Relax! You lost 60 pounds, you deserve one day to pig out! Dot feel bad, just try to stick to it tomorrow.
  4. the truth is that as long as you don't do that any time soon you will be fine. If you need to run or jump robe then do so, but one day is not going to make that much of a difference. When you start putting them together then it gets difficult to loose.
  5. you're fine. just dont make a habit of it. oil can help your skin in very small amounts. congrats on the weight
  6. its ok to do that now & then but if you want to keep your weight down dont do it everday :) no worries
  7. Don't be ashamed of yourself, you should be congratulating yourself. 60lbs is a great accomplishment. Eating some of those tasty but unhealthy foods once in a while will not hurt your progress. As long as its once in a while and not every other day your doing a fine job.   8. RELAX!!! It's ok the odd time to have yourself a little treat. If you treat yourself every once in awhile you will be less likely to binge on the stuff you have deprived yourself of. Just make sure you are drinking your 8 glasses of water every day, especially when you have a treat, it will help flush the fat, salt and calories out a little better.
  9. No big deal :P Everyone needs a little break every once in a while. Its not like you do it everyday :P
  10. its ok sometimes when i do that i actually lose a lb or 2 its like my body wasnt expecting it and went into calorie shock just jump back on that horse again hey if your up to it and the guilt is really gettin to ya excercise a little

If you have a tendency to lose weight,make sure that you are eating a healthy,well-balanced diet.Opt for frequent,small appetising meals,and aid digestion by taking your time and chewing well.Plan the day's meal in advance,and don't skip meals.For example,if you won't be able to have a proper lunch,pack a nutritious meal and take it with you.Make a point of never going without a good breakfast.You may also want to take a multiple vitamin and mineral supplement to provide you with nutrients,such as vitamin B and zinc,that help maintain a good appetite.
