How do you get chicken pox scars?

Do they just stay after you have had th chicken pox, or is it from scratching?

1. its from scratching usually..if you havent been scratching and the scabs have left some marks after they have fallen off those will fade away with time

4. Well you mostly get scars from scratching at your spots. but sometimes people just get scars. If it starts to itch use calamine lotion. It will help a lot.
5. The scarring usually occurs from scratching and damaging the skin. They usually disappear if you don't scratch, which is sometimes impossible. If you scar, just use a fade cream which will help. Or even 100% cocoa butter.
6. You get chicken pox scars by sratching. the best advice is do not pick the scabs
