Should I steak my claim for a butcher shop up for auction? In this economic lean time, it is a good investment?

There is a chicken shop up for sale as well but I thought that offer might give a poultry return so I didn't want egg in my face later on. This could be another scam and I am scared of fowl play. I don’t want to end up a lamb to the slaughter to the meat market. Tell me your opinion. Don't mince any word. I want a straight cut answer
