How come buffalo wings are smaller than regular chicken wings?
I have always wondered why when you get buffalo wings they are small but if you get regular wings they are big. Do they kill the chickens earlier or something? I would like a link, but you don't have to give me one.. thanks! :-)

- buffalo wings are usually a 12-15 count(cheap) regular wings 6-9 ct are generally more expensive at least it was the last time i was buying them. the smaller wings are usually cheaper, i believe, because the hatchery dosent have to raise the chickens as long and as a result they produce more chickens in a year. basically bigger wing=bigger bird=higher cost to produce. smaller bird=smaller wing=more per cage=cheaper cost to produce
