Are hot wings, chicken wings, and buffalo wings the same thing?

I ate some yesterday from pizza hut and I wasn't sure what to call them?

1. Essentially they are the same. However, if you're from Buffalo, no "Buffalo wings" come close to tasting like the "chicken wings" we sell. Or so I've been told. I've only had chicken wings two or three times.
2. Haha I actually work at kfc and to us at least there's a difference. Buffalo is a sauce that is eh kinda spicy. It is added to the wings. Hot wings are wings that didnt add sauce after the cooking- but still have a kick to them. Chicken wings are well- just plain fried chicken wings. No sauce, just crispy skin. Hope this helps!
3. They are the same to begin with and are flavoured differently. Sometimes they are presented differently, in pieces, or whole with a little of the breast.
