  1. Laser surgery?
  2. Go talk to a board certified plastic surgeon.
  3. you cant didnt your mother tell you not to scratch them
  4. No way to. Should of listened to your mom and not picked the scabs. I have 2 on my forehead also from not listening. Don't be so self conscience and learn that it is a part of you now.
  5. you can probably get a collagen injection to even out the indentation.
  6. Since you're only 13, I don't think that you will be able to find a decent, reputable plastic surgeon to "fix" your problem. Wait 5 more years and see what happens. You'll be okay.
  7. Get yourself some coca butter soap and cocoa butter oil...use this daily. when you get home from school, take a shower and rub yourself down w/the oil while watching t.v. or something. Trust me you can do things to lessn the appearance of the maks. I've had horrible marks on my body and I just used cocoa butter like it was going out of style...the marks are 100% GONE.
  8. Go to Krogers grocery store and you can get Something there for scars ask the Pharmasists, they will know. Walgreens CVS Any Drug Store
  9. Vitamin E can significantly reduce scarring. It works best right after the scar is created, but can really help now too. You can get regular Vitamin E capsules in the vitamin aisle, puncture a small hole in them with something like a pin and then squeeze out some of the gel and put it on your scars. It has a shiny, sticky appearance so you might want to only use it when you're staying around the house or before you go to bed. Hope this helps. Also, I got a bad scar on my forehead from a softball injury when I was 11. Not only has the vitamin E helped over the years, but what I didn't realize is that your skin shifts around somewhat as you grow up. Someone told me it would but I didn't believe it until now, at 25, my scar is almost under my hair and is not nearly so noticeable. I'm sure you don't feel like waiting, but I thought it might help to know that you can reduce the appearance and hopefully they'll disappear under your hairline someday.
  10. I have literally hundreds of pox marks on my body because mine got infected with the scarlet fever my brother had at the same time. The dermatologist said I'd have to have them "Z-Cut" which would still leave a scar, but smaller. That was years ago, though, so maybe lasers will help. I've just gotten used to them and don't even notice them anymore.
  11. The only person who notices them is you. Ask a friend to find your scars, and they will say, what scars. However, if it bothers you so much, talk to your parents about them. Mostreputable doctors won't do cosmetic proceedures on a teen, though, since it could do more damage than the scar is producing. until then, just apply a little makeup over the spot andit should virtually disappear. BY the way, I was a kid when smallpox was going around north America. I know 2 people who have those scars and they grew up just fine. Believe me, yours are nothing!
  12. awww i know exactly how you feel cause i had the chicken pox when i was 10 and im going on 20 and i still have the crater marks the good news is they get smaller as you get older but the bad news is i went to my sister plastic surgeon cause she was in a car accident and needed some things done so i decided to talk to the plastic surgeon he and he told me he would have to cut out each individual mark out and stich them tighter then i would have to put some cream on my face and heres the thing for 2 scars he sed he would charge me 2600 yea its a bit expensive and he claims he was giving me a good price cause of my lil sister but if you have any other question you can send me an email nyyfan4life23@yahoo.com : )
