  1. Finely diced chicken (preferably white meat), finely chopped celery, a little finely chopped onion (preferably a mild onion), touch of salt, pepper, if you like, a dash of paprika & a tiny tiny dash of cayenne pepper, mayo and mix. Enjoy.
  2. season and cook chicken dice chicken relish mayo season to taste
  3. 2 chicken breast. 1/4 c of red onion & celery. Salt, pepper to taste and juust a pinch of paprika. Cook the chicken breast with salt and pepper. cut the chicken in bite size. Once is cold in a mixing bowl place 1/2 c mayo and the other ingredients then mix them with the chicken. Taste it if you think it needs more salt or pepper just add it. Enjoy! (Some people put tiny pieces of carrot in)
  4. the most basic would be chopped chicken and mayo. personally, I like it with a touch (not a lot, just a little) of mustard and a bit of relish. Sometimes I cut grapes up and add them for a unique touch, but you obviously aren't looking for that lol. maybe you could try this recipe: http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Angels-Chunky-Chicken-Salad/Detail.aspx
  5. You can buy cans of chicken in the tuna section of the store. That would be the easiest and quickest way to do this. Then add diced celery, diced onion, (i prefer shallots), mayo and a dash of salt and pepper. For a little added zing I use celery salt instead of table salt
