back up power for chicken incubator?

I have an incubator and hatch chickens for eggs but we live in Greece and get regular power cuts .Im looking for some kind of power supply that will cut in when the power goes off .Can anyone help please ?

1. Set up a small portable generator to automatically run when the power is off and shut down when power is restored. A good electrician can arrange the wiring and switches needed.
