What could be a very simple fried chicken recipe?
I need to find a nice fried chicken recipe that will go well with pasta. Even just the marinade would do. I would prefer something that's easy to prepare and the ingredients are easy to find along Manila. Any suggestions?

- Clean your chicken Pat them dry with a paper towel or something Sprinkle a little bit of salt, pepper, and garlic on it. For the flour add a little bit of pancake mix (optional) add salt pepper garlic and whatever other seasoning you may like.. Mix it up Dip the chicken in the flour And fry away..... :) I like to use old bay and some chicken seasoning or cajun seasoning on my chicken. That could be found at any food store for about a dollar and some change. You could also dip your chicken in some eggs then flour them and then fry them... Thats good too!
- theres soo many just go on google and tupe fired chicken recipes http://allrecipes.com/Recipes/Meat-and-Poultry/Chicken/Fried/Main.aspx http://www.friedchickenrecipes.net/
- Now a days I use boneless chicken either leg and thighs, breasts to but they are more expensive, for an Asian touch to mine I add a few sprinkles of 5 spice powder and some curry powder to, I like Adobo seasoning to marinade the chicken in and the dipping a milk and flour batter and toss in season flour before frying, with boneless meat there is not chance that it will be undercooked and not bones to worry about, I am sure they are producing the BLS chicken now in Manila.
- Parmesan Chicken •4 to 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts •1 cup all-purpose flour •1 teaspoon kosher salt •1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper •2 extra-large eggs •1 tablespoon water •1 1/4 cups seasoned dry bread crumbs •1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan, plus extra for serving •Unsalted butter •Good olive oil • Directions Pound the chicken breasts until they are 1/4-inch thick. You can use either a meat mallet or a rolling pin. Combine the flour, salt, and pepper on a dinner plate. On a second plate, beat the eggs with 1 tablespoon of water. On a third plate, combine the bread crumbs and 1/2 cup grated Parmesan. Coat the chicken breasts on both sides with the flour mixture, then dip both sides into the egg mixture and dredge both sides in the bread-crumb mixture, pressing lightly. Heat 1 tablespoon of butter and 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large saute pan and cook 2 or 3 chicken breasts on medium-low heat for 2 to 3 minutes on each side, until cooked through. Add more butter and oil and cook the rest of the chicken breasts. Serve with extra grated Parmesan.
