Does anyone know an authentic black fried chicken recipe?
My uncle is half black and likes to cook fried chicken.But its not really good! I need a recipe and instructions of how to cook some fried chicken.

- you'll need: - Tony Chachores Creole Seasoning - All Purpose Flour - Vegetable Oil - Raw Chicken Breasts/Legs/Ect. - Eggs Heat the Vegetable Oil in a frying pan on Medium/High. Get a large bowl or bag and dump a few cups of flour into it. Pour about 1/2 cup Tony's into the flour. Mix it all up. Get a smaller bowl, crack the eggs, and beat it until fully yellow. Dip the chicken in the eggs until it's wet with egg. Then put it in the flour/Tony's mixture. Repeat this until there's no more chicken. When the grease is ready [usually you can tell by sprinkling water into it, and hearing a popping sound, or by a smell of the grease.] Put about 4 or 5 chickens in the grease. You'll need tongs to move and flip the chicken pieces. Check it often, and when it looks ready, stab it with a knife and see if it's still red or pink inside. Do this to each piece and if it's all white or brown, take it out, and place it on a baking pan with a few layers of napkins. *Season with salt or Tony's.
