what chicken does buffalo wings come from?
okay so i thought that they come from cornish hens but i think that even they are too big so what chickens do buffalo wings come from? or perhaps they use the baby chickens? umm..it seems they are fully grown though when u eat the buffalo wings, so does anyone know? if they come from regular chickens why are they so small? im not convinced that it doesnt come from a different breed of chicken. any who ill continue to search

- Buffalo wings are regular chicken wings. The 'buffalo' part refers to the sauce and seasonings they are cooked in. EDIT: Sometimes, they cut the end of the wing off. And some chickens are just smaller than others. IDK. It's not a 'special chicken,' trust me. EDIT, again: Then why do all 'buffalo chicken' recipes call for regular chicken wings? Seriously, do you think they breed special chickens just for their wings?
