Is there a way to do a Money Order via paypal? READ THE DETAILS!!!?

I want to pay for a poultry delivery, the hatchery itself doesn't deliver to my country, however I will simply be paying the delivery for someone else. Unfortunately, the only payment method they can do with me is a money order. I am wondering if its possible to do a money order via paypal, or an alternate site. Applicable fee's are fine as long as it's secure, safe and guaranteed. i believe this is a scam, but it's basically what i'm looking for. www.paypalout.com if it helps, i'm in Australia, and there's a reason I want to do the money order online. And, the hatchery doesn't use paypal, so money order is really the only way they can physically get the payment from me. @ Doctor, this is why I told you to read the details. I specifically stated there's REASONS I want to do it online. Don't give unwanted answers due to a lack of reading.
