Chook Me!

Can you recommend and easy way to cook chicken wings?

I have raw chicken wings and I'm not much of a cook. I was thinking of just putting them in the oven, but that would be boring. I would appreciate a recommendation of another way to go about preparing them. I do have some seasonings, orange sauce (Panda Express), soy sauce, and barbecue sauce. Can I cook with these? I don't know. What should I do?

  1. Fry them in oil until cooked. Pat dry with paper towel. Coat with bbq sauce and put on cookie sheet. Put in a 400 oven for about 15 min or until bbq is sticking good.
  2. Roll them in your seasonings and bake them or fry them in the same. You can also use Shake and Bake. I like them all these ways or grill them with the BBQ sauce on them. No matter what you decide I'm sure they will be good. OH!! You can also bake them with Cream of Chicken Soup poured over them. You can also use Cream of Mushroom Soup this way.
  3. salt and pepper them, dip in egg yoke then flour. fry them in oil.
  4. ok, leave as a full wing.. don't worry about cutting them in half, put in bowl of water... then dip in bowl of flower and fry... about 14 to 20 minutes... flip once. then in another bowl.. mix the ingredience you have there, with a lot less of the bbq sauce (in other words a smidge) and stir the wings in the sauce.. then add salt and pepper and eat.. delicious.
  5. Panda Express Orange Chicken A copycat recipe from Panda Express. This chicken is tangy and flavorful. Give it a try! I'm sure you and your family will enjoy it. 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken, chopped into bite sized pieces 1 egg 1 1/2 teaspoons salt white pepper oil (for frying) 1/2 cup cornstarch, plus 1 tablespoon cornstarch 1/4 cup flour 1 tablespoon gingerroot, minced 1 teaspoon garlic, minced 1/2 teaspoon crushed hot red chili peppers 1/4 cup green onions, chopped 1 tablespoon rice wine 1/4 cup water 2 teaspoon sesame oil Place chicken pieces in large bowl. Stir in egg, salt, pepper and 1 tablespoon oil and mix well. Stir cornstarch and flour together. Add chicken pieces, stirring to coat. Heat oil for deep-frying in wok or deep-fryer to 375 degrees. Add chicken, small batches at a time, and fry 3 to 4 minutes or until golden crisp. (Do not overcook chicken). Remove chicken from oil with slotted spoon and drain on paper towels; set aside. Clean wok and heat 15 seconds over high heat. Add 1 tablespoon oil. Add ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant; about 10 seconds. Add and stir-fry crushed chiles and green onions. Add rice wine and stir 3 seconds. Add Orange Sauce and bring to boil. Add cooked chicken, stirring until well mixed. Stir water into remaining 1 tablespoon cornstarch until smooth and add to chicken. Heat until sauce is thickned. Stir in sesame oil and orange zest if desired. Serve over jasmine rice. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- BBQ Chicken Wings BBQ sauce, cayenne pepper, and chicken wings are all you need to make these easy hot wings.
