- no you dont but i would just rinse them and towel dry them
- a good rinse is highly advised
- Yes, wash and pat dry before the deep fryer. The water will spatter when it hits the oil.
- I would rinse them and dry them thoroughly. Any left over water could cause oil splatter. Make sure no water got under the skin as well.
- washing them would be good
- DON’T WASH YOUR MEATS: You don't need to clean any meats from the grocery store. It is pointless and can actualy spred any germs even more. The water will splash no matter how careful you are threre fore spreading anything and everything you were trying to rinse down the drain around your kitchen. Also do you plan on sanitzing yor sink and the rest of your kicthen as soon as you get done rinsing/washing your chicken or steak? Well if you plan on santizing every in of your kitchen imediatly then by all means go ahead and wash away.
- You should at least pat them dry first.
