how to eat REALLY spicy chicken wings?

i am going to try this spicy chicken wing challenge like the one off of man vs. food, and i need some tips to finishing those damn spicy wings. also, i need ways (if possible) on how to train for this event. thanks

  1. have a glass of water handy.
  2. eat spicy foods 2xs a week and add to the spiceyness every time you eat it also you could eat ranch with the wings and drink milk or a dark soda like pepsi or dr pepper with them
  3. Do not drink water as it only clear your taste buds more and the spiciness will intensify even more. Have a glass of milk ready and eat spicy food daily to build your tolerance. Good luck!

  5. DONT drink water, this only spreads the Capsaicin of the peppers. Cold milk is the best.
  6. peter is right. when u are eating something really spicy , u should not drink water. it just only helps burn ur mouth. u would feel like u are drinking spicy water. drink cold milk instead.
  7. Milk and ranch dressing! Dairy helps calm the spicy flavor. Good luck! Sounds fun haha.

Dip them in Ranch Dressing to cool off the spice.After it gets to hot in your mouth and you can't take it anymore, eat celery or drinks a glass of milk(water doesn't really help and sodas make it burn worse because of the acid it contains).Milk will coat your tongue and mouth thus releaving the pain.
  9. Dairy is good to calm the fire. Also try ranch dressing, bread or rice. Build a tolerance over time with practice, gradually increase the spiciness
