  1. sorry miss read your question. here is a better on. 2 pounds chicken wings 1 (18 ounce) bottle honey teriyaki barbecue sauce 1/4 cup fresh honey 2 tablespoons Liquid Smoke 1 1/2 to 2-inch piece fresh ginger, grated 6 cloves garlic, crushed 8 habanero chile peppers, chopped**** 4 chile peppers, your choice, chopped 3 tablespoons fresh horseradish 1 (18 count) package chicken wings Cut wings into thirds, and discard the tips. There should be about 36 pieces. In a medium saucepan combine barbecue sauce, Worcestershire sauce, honey, Liquid Smoke seasoning, ginger, garlic, habanero peppers, chile peppers and horseradish. Stir all together, and simmer over low heat for 1 hour. Put chicken wings in a large glass bowl, and cover with 3/4 of the sauce. Cover, and refrigerate for at least 6 hours. Preheat grill for low heat. Lightly oil grate. Remove chicken from marinade, and place on grill. Cook over low heat for 45 minutes to 1 hour, turning occasionally. * WARNING: Wear gloves, and do not let the oil get anywhere near your eyes.
  2. Just add Habenero peppers to any sauce. They are the hottest pepper ( besides pequin) and soooooooooooooo HOT!

  4. No, Habarenos and Pequins aren't the hottest peppers! Naga Jolokias are, and if you want a recipe for super spicy chicken wings, here it is: 4 pounds of chicken wings, cut into sections, bony tips discarded 10 ounces of blackberry preserves 6 ounces of Louisiana Hot Sauce 2 tbsp butter Coat each wing section in flour and fry in hot oil until just slightly golden brown. Remove, drain and arrange in rows on a foil lined baking sheet (trust me the sauce STICKS something awful). While the chicken is frying start preparing the sauce. Melt the butter, preserves and hot sauce in sauce pan over medium high heat until mixed thoroughly. Then heat to taste. Typically it has a “hotness” bell curve. It starts out very spicy, gets very mellow and then gets very spicy again. Just keep tasting until you know what level you want. I tend to jump around and never know what I want until its actually cooking. Keep in mind it will get slightly more spicy while cooking in the oven. Remove from heat once you’ve achieved the amount of spicy desired. Once both the chicken is lightly fried and the sauce is done dip each piece into the sauce, allow to sit for 30 seconds, remove to the baking sheet and repeat until done. Usually I will dip each piece once then repeat the entire tray again. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 400 F for 20 to 30 minutes. About halfway through and again just before serving, dip the chicken wings once more into the remaining sauce.
