How does Walmart get their chicken spicy?

Somtimes the chicken at the counter of walmart is spicy. Like they have the spicy wings or the "blazin strips," or even the buffalo bites. However, all of the spicy sauce is on the inside of the breading. How do they do this and what do they use as the spicy stuff? I hate chicken with the sauce on the outside and love this chicken and want an easier way to get/make it. are there any types of frozen chicken i can buy like this in the store?

1. Put chicken pieces in a heavy zip bag, douse until orange w/ Tabasco or other liquid hot sauce. Refrigerate 24 hours, then bread and fry.

3. you put it in a zip lock bag and find a recipe to make a spicy sauce and smother the chicken in it or in a bowl and cover or close it and put it in the fridge for like 3 to 5 hours then take it out and cook it!!!bowl works the best
