what goes good with chicken casserole?

i'm fixing chicken casserole tonight but i need to know what goes good with it besides salad and rolls? i'm not really a good cook i just started cooking so anything easy would be greatly appreciated. thank you

1. Mashed potatoes and sweet corn or peas. Easy. Pour some of the casserole juice over the mash.

5. I'm thinking maybe like some sort of rice or pasta. Something simple so it is still a side. You could do some buttered noodles with a bit of Parmesan cheese.
6. I don't know what ingredients you are using in your casserole, but usually a chicken casserole is not very colorful. To add some color to your plate, you could choose any green vegetable that you like...ie, green beans, broccoli, spinach, peas. Cooked carrots, corn or yams would also add some color, as well as nutrition, and help to round out your meal.
