How do get the second chicken coop to say on the farm in farmville?

I have a chicken coop in my gift box, but every time I try to place it on the farm the page says that it's out of sync and that I have to refresh the page. I'm not even clicking OK thinking it might delete my chicken coop.

1. Your allowed to have only 1 chicken coop... if you go to the market and search for the chicken coop , if you have one, it wont let you buy another one because at the bottom in red letters is " Limit 1"
