How can I make a casserole from left-over noodles?
I have a pot of left-over chicken-flavored noodles (the inexpensive kind which you mix with milk and water and boil) and am wondering how to make anything from it. Is it possible to make a casserole with these using ritz crackers (which I have a lot of) as the topping? If so, how and what else would I need? Thanks in advance!

- I'm not sure what kind of 'noodles' you mean... But I make a great pasta bake with pan-fried chicken, mushrooms, green peppers and leeks (all diced) mixed with cooked pasta and white sauce (butter and flour melted and mixed, milk added and brought to boil), with a crispy topping (I use ready salted crisps/potato chips), baked until golden on top. Maybe you could adapt that to suit you?
