I am looking for a simple baked chicken recipe. I will be baking most likely boneless skinless breasts?
I am a college student looking to make batches of chicken to add into my diet. Like I said above I will be most likely baking chicken breasts and mainly I am looking for suggestions regarding any kind of simple seasonings as well as baking time/temperature. Thank you

- Honey Baked Chicken 2 (1-1/2 to 2 pound) broiler, fryer, cut up (We use chicken breasts) 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted 1/2 cup honey 1/4 cup prepared mustard 1 tsp salt 1 tsp curry powder (I use 1/2 tsp) Place chicken pieces in shallow baking pan, skin side up. Combine butter, honey, mustard, salt and curry powder and mix. Pour over chicken and bake at 350 degrees for 1 and 1/4 hours, (I do 1 hour for breasts), basting every 15 minutes until chicken is tender and nicely browned. Makes 4 to 6 servings Hope you enjoy this!!

- Baked Chicken 1/2 c Flour 2 Beaten eggs 1/2 c Buttermilk 1 tb Dijon mustard 2 c Crushed cornflakes 6 Chicken legs or thighs Dip chicken pieces in flour then beaten eggs and then in crumb mixture. - Rosemary Chicken Breasts Prep: 10 minutes Marinate: 30 minutes Cook: 8 to 10 minutes Serves: 4 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts 5 cloves garlic, minced 2 tablespoons minced fresh rosemary (or 1 teaspoon dried) 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard 1 tablespoon lemon juice ½ teaspoon salt ¼ teaspoon freshly-ground black pepper 2 tablespoons olive oil 1.Prepare a hot fire. Rinse chicken with cold water and pat dry; place in a glass baking dish. In small bowl, mix together garlic, rosemary, mustard, lemon juice, salt pepper and olive oil until well blended. Pour over chicken breasts and turn to coat well. Cover and marinate at room temperature, turning once or twice, for 30 minutes. (if you want to marinate longer, place the dish in the refrigerator) 2.Remove chicken breasts from marinade and place on oiled grill set 4 to 6 inches from coals or heat source. Grill chicken, turning once and basting with reserved marinade, until chicken is white throughout but still juicy, 8 to 10 minutes.
