What a good excercise plan for me?
I'm 13 years old, 5"7, and 140 lbs. I'm lightly active and I participate in sports at least 20 minutes a day (mostly basketball.) I want to get more fit, for many reasons like getting better at B-Ball, Parkour, and Breakdancing. And plus I'm almost in high school gotta look good for the chicks lol

- If you are playing basketball 20 mins a day every day then that's a good amount of cardio. You could go jogging or cycling for an extra 30 mins on weekends if you want to improve your fitness even more or you could start to lift some light weights to improve muscle tone. Hope this helps =)
