- My in-laws buy a bag of boneless chicken breast and add italian dressing to the bag. They pretty much add the whole bottle or regular size dressing, they let it sit for about an hour or two, then they grill it, and it's the best I've ever had. Hope you like it :)
- Herbed Lemon Chicken Marinade:' Fresh Lemon Juice Soy Sauce Garlic Rosemary Dried Red Chili Pepper Flakes This is all pretty much to your taste. If you have a bit of dry white wine, put that in also. The lemon juice with the soy will be a bit tangy, so if you don't have wine, just add a tablespoon or so of water. Let chicken marinade for at least an hour or two before grilling so the lemon gets in the chicken. If you have any leftover homemade enchilada sauce, that's good to baste on your chicken like bbq sauce. Marinade chicken in your favorite hot sauce for at least two hours before grilling. Make a quick Teriyaki sauce out of soy sauce, brown sugar, lemon juice, garlic, grated ginger and dried chili pepper flakes and marinade chicken in that before slapping it on the grill. Caribbean Jerk Rub You can find it either dried or 'wet' in a jar. I tried the jarred one (I read the ingredients first) and smeared it all over the chicken and let it set in for an hour or so befor grilling and it was mighty tasty.
