Gentlemen: can you help me pick one of the following meals to surprise my guy tomorrow?

The choices are.. home made lasagna and garlic bread salmon, baked red potatoes, broccoli w hollandaise sauce grilled chicken, stuffing, green bean casserole.. please don't say beef.. choose one of the above. i'm a vegetarian and this is as far as i'll go for cooking meat. thanks for your input ;)

1. First of all,I think its very nice you are willing to cook these being a vegetarian .Lucky guy! If your dining inside,go with the lasagna or salmon.Outside...chicken. Don't forget the proper wine,or a mellow micro brew.

3. You should offer up the lasagna and garlic bread. Usually lasgna contains beef, though, so are you saying you would make a meat-less lasgna? If so, ditch the lasgna and go with the grilled chicken menu.
